For this easy dessert, you’ll need graham crackers (crushed), lemon juice, yogurt cheese (or regular cream cheese), powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix together yogurt cheese/cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth then add in vanilla extract and lemon juice. Pour this over the crust then place it in the fridge until it sets up.

5) No-Bake Cheesecake Parfaits:
