I really did not know what the no-bake peanut butter bars were until my friend shared with me her recipe of no-bake peanut butter bars without Graham crackers. Upon knowing that, I got excited and immediately decided to make no-bake peanut butter bars.

Ingredients:

1 cup (120 grams) graham cracker crumbs

2/3 cup (67 grams) nonfat dry milk powder

1/2 cup (64 grams) powdered sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

7 tablespoons (100 grams) unsalted butter, melted and cooled to room temperature

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Line an 8×8 inch baking pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Make sure that the foil or paper extends up the sides of the pan so that it will be easy to remove the no-bake peanut butter bars later on.

Mix together the graham cracker crumbs, nonfat dry milk powder, powdered sugar, and salt in a medium bowl. Stir in the melted butter and vanilla extract until well combined.

Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and press it firmly into the pan. Chill for at least 2 hours, or overnight.

Tips and Tricks

You may use all-purpose flour instead of graham cracker crumbs. But no worry, no one will know unless you tell them.
